Our project management service places a Formis director inside your project as the single point of accountability, managing your team, reading the programme, and protecting your budget. Our fee is fixed and agreed before work starts. We don't take a percentage of the build cost — because that creates the wrong incentive. You get the same standard of oversight whether the build is £100,000 or £2 million.
