Meridian Tower began as a derelict site in EC1 and became one of our most complex and rewarding builds to date. The brief called for a 12-storey mixed-use development combining Grade A office space, ground-floor retail, and a basement car park — all delivered under a single fixed-price contract. Our integrated team managed structural engineering, facade installation, M&E coordination, and Cat B fit-out without a single trade handoff leaving the building. The result: practical completion three weeks ahead of programme, zero variation orders, and a client who has since appointed us on two further projects.
