Canopy Finance had a hard deadline: their fit-out needed to be complete before a lease break clause triggered on their previous office. Four months. Three floors. 3,200 square metres. The brief prioritised acoustic performance, collaboration zones, and a material palette that positioned the brand as premium without being ostentatious. We delivered a full Cat B fit-out including bespoke reception joinery, raised access flooring throughout, a full AV and data infrastructure, and a client-facing boardroom with automated glazing and integrated presentation technology. Practical completion was achieved with six days to spare. The client relocated without a single day of operational downtime.
