OVERVIEW

The Morel family had lived with a badly subdivided floor plan for eleven years before approaching us. The existing layout had been carved up into small rooms with no connection to the garden — a common fate for townhouses of this era. Our scope covered full structural reconfiguration across four floors, including the removal of three load-bearing walls, a new rear glazed extension, and a complete overhaul of all mechanical and electrical systems. The interior fit-out was handled entirely in-house — custom joinery, stone specification, and lighting design included. The family remained in the property throughout phases two and three. Handed over on time, on budget, with no snagging items outstanding at final walkthrough.
